Our shipping policy stipulates that once lash supplies are opened or used, they are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Exchanges are only accepted for unused or unopened products within a specified timeframe or no more than 1 month prior to the initial purchase date. This ensures the integrity of our products and customer satisfaction. 

Please allow a minimum of 3 days, up to 14 days for your order to arrive or you may contact us to help track your order and see if the expected delivery date is available at that time.
