3-DAY PRIVATE CLASSICS & VOLUME STYLING 1:1 TRAINING

This training includes everything provided in both my Classic + Styling Masterclass and Volume + Styling Masterclass, combined into one intensive 3-Day Private Classics & Volume Styling 1:1 Training.

This is an all-day, 3-day training from 10AM–6PM each day, designed to give you a strong foundation in both Classic and Volume lash artistry while also teaching you how to properly style and customize each set.

DAY 1 — CLASSICS + STYLING

Day 1 will consist of all theory and an in-depth explanation of every topic covered in the Classic + Styling manual.

We’ll go over everything from lash anatomy, adhesive knowledge, retention, placement, styling, lash mapping, curls, lengths, diameters, eye characteristics and more.

You’ll also get hands-on practice including mannequin practice and sponge practice if needed, so we can work on your technique, placement, isolation, consistency and overall application before moving forward.

DAY 2 — VOLUME + STYLING

Day 2 will consist of all theory and an in-depth explanation of every topic covered in the Volume + Styling manual.

We’ll focus on understanding Volume lashes, handmade fan techniques, layering, styling and texture.

Together, we’ll practice perfecting both wide and narrow handmade fans while making sure you understand when and why to use each one.

You’ll also practice Volume layering techniques on sponges so you can better understand placement, depth, dimension, texture and how different layers work together to create the final look.

DAY 3 — LIVE MODEL + CUSTOM STYLING

Day 3 includes a live model provided by me.

You’ll be able to go through a full consultation just like I would with my own client.

Together, we’ll analyze your model’s:

• Natural lashes

• Eye shape and eye characteristics

• Brow space

• Desired final look

• Styling points

• Best lash map

• Best curl or curl combinations

• Lengths and transitions

I’ll teach you how to decide where your styling points should be placed and why, as well as how to choose the most flattering lash map and curl combination for your model.

My goal will be for you to either:

Option 1: Watch me complete the first eye, then recreate the second eye as closely as possible with my guidance while I correct any small mistakes I see.

OR

Option 2: Complete the entire set yourself while I guide you throughout the full process.

The goal is for you to leave feeling more confident not only in applying lashes, but in understanding why you are choosing certain curls, lengths, styling points, lash maps and techniques for each individual client.

You must meet North Carolina’s licensing requirements in order to legally provide esthetic services from a salon.

This training is also a great option if you’re interested in becoming a lash artist and want to experience what the career actually consists of before deciding if it’s something you would like to pursue professionally.
